When will my credit card be charged?
Credit cards are charged once your order is accepted and processed.

Cannabidiol or CBD is non-intoxicating and even in heavy concentrations presents minimal side effects or chance for a lethal overdose.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept credit cards including MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. We also accept debit card payments through Stripe.

Sales Tax
Sales tax will be charged to all orders based on the applicable state sales tax rates in the location in which the order will ship to.

Shipping


Where do you ship?
At this time New Highs CBD products can only be shipped to the United States.

What are the shipping options?
We offer first class 3-5 business day shipping through the USPS to the United States.

Do you ship to all 50 states?
Unfortunately no, as some states have opted to criminalize CBD at the state level. At this time we are able to ship to all 50 states EXCEPT the following;

Idaho
South Dakota
Nebraska
Kansas
West Virginia

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Orders are shipped after the completion of processing which typically takes 2-3 days. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment notification via email with a tracking number. All orders are shipped via USPS. Any orders placed during the weekend will not process and ship until the following week.

I am having problems tracking my order.
If you encounter any issues with tracking, please email us at orders@newhighscbd.com. In your email, please include your order number to help us expedite a solution.

How can I edit my shipping address?
If you discover that your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please contact us via email at orders@newhighscbd.com as soon as possible.

What is your return policy?
At this time we do not accept returns or offer refunds for any order. If your item arrives and is damaged or incorrect, simply email us at orders@newhighscbd.com and we will work to remedy the issue promptly.
